Now in Blogger based websites there is not any column in comment box.So this means you can not place your website address in comment box.But By inserting this tag you can get a backlink from blogger based websites too.
What you need is to select your profile and then insert this tag inside comment box:

<a href=" YourWebsiteAddress.com "rel="dofollow">YourKeyword</a>

Now one thing. You did not have to put 'http://' in your website address while commenting or it will give you an error.

Now the main problem is What to comment ? Comment is totally related to that topic and your comment should not contain these type of words like: "Nice Article" or "Thank You For Making This Type Of Post" or "Thank You Very Much..Love It" or BLAH BLAH BLAH.....
If you want to approve your comment try asking a question about that topic or any suggestion related to that topic....
